This is a cluster role that fully supports the Marketing & Communications Manager in formulating and implementing integrated marketing strategies for Furama RiverFront and Furama City Centre. The incumbent gets to do a little of everything, from being a key driver of digital marketing campaigns to optimising offline marketing tactics and contributing to public relations efforts, in support of the organisation's strategic business goals.
Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing plan to drive sales, traffic targets and continued awareness across rooms, F&B outlets, weddings, meetings and social events.
- Assist with executing all advertising and promotional projects on relevant offline and online platforms.
- Ownership of e-marketing campaigns through email marketing, search and paid media to promote the Hotel and its business units in a timely manner.
- Plan, develop and execute email marketing (eDM) programs to drive brand loyalty, engagement and conversions.
- Manage and update web contents (CMS management); feature hotel offers on brand websites by creating landing pages and property-specific messages.
- Execute digital advertising campaigns for the hotels; track, measure and evaluate effectiveness.
- Content creation and adaptation for setting up, implementing and managing digital efforts.
- Lead the Hotel's social media strategy; drives Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn follower acquisition and engagement through organic growth and paid campaigns.
- Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) on feedback forums including social media channels and responding accordingly.
- Support media, influencers and industry partners publicity efforts; build strong rapport to achieve high media impressions for promotions and festive offers, including media hosting and tasting on a periodic basis.
- Work closely with in-house designer on developing creative artworks, marketing collaterals and digital assets; verify all artworks in accordance with requirements before sending for print or publishing.
- Supervises the production and quality of all displays and temporary signages in hotel public areas.
- Support hotel-related events such as wedding shows and F&B collaborations through strategic partnerships.
- Handle photography, filming and adhoc functions assigned by the direct supervisor or the Management.
Requirements
- Ability to conceptualise clear, targeted, and creative initiatives and campaigns tailored for different audiences and channels.
- Well versed in digital marketing. Possess experience in managing and optimising digital channels, online marketing tools and best practices.
- Strong command of English and copywriting skills.
- Excellent project management skills and a keen eye for details.
- A problem solver who shows initiative to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously, while being an effective team player.
