Our client is a reputable marketing research provider is seeking for Research Executive.

• Oversee the recruitment process of freelancers, ensuring timely sourcing to meet project demands.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of recruitment activities, identifying potential shortfalls or risks.
• Collaborate with the Research Manager to implement corrective measures to address recruitment gaps and enhance recruitment strategies.
• Plan and conduct training, assign associates to shopper roles, and ensure timely project execution.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage associates to maintain performance standards.
• Track project progress across all phases and promptly address bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with the Research Manager to implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Min Degree or relevant work experience in research administration/project management (Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!)
• Relevant experience in market research advantageous
• Strong numerical skills and proficient in statistical analysis
• Good communication skills
• Meticulous and committed
