About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Senior TikTok Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for short videos, a deep understanding of TikTok and XHS (Little Red Book) operations, and excellent communication skills. You will play a key role in driving our social media strategy, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales teams in explaining products and services clearly, independently or collaboratively create PowerPoint presentations, and deliver them to clients.
  • Develop content marketing strategies, analyze account performance and fan demographics, and plan account growth directions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external partners, proactively push projects forward, and provide timely feedback and adjustments.
  • Independently manage social media accounts, including but not limited to content creation, paid promotions, and tracking operational performance.


Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese as working languages, with the ability to communicate verbally at a basic level and read/write fluently for effective communication and collaboration with our Singapore and China HQ team.
  • At least 1 year of experience in internet operations, with solid content planning skills and the ability to strategize and adjust operations from a business perspective.
  • Strong data analysis skills, clear logical thinking, and excellent execution and learning abilities.
  • Experience with TikTok, Instagram, XHS, and short video platforms is a plus.
