What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Own the Platforms: Take charge of Instagram and TikTok strategy, scheduling, and growth-with full accountability for performance and consistency.
  • Drive Explosive Growth: Scale our audience organically by 3-5x over 6 months through smart collabs, influencer activations, and viral content.
  • Partnership Whisperer: Identify and activate at least 2-4 meaningful brand/creator partnerships per month that drive awareness, co-creation, and distribution.
  • Content That Converts: Ideate and brief (or create!) thumb-stopping Reels, TikToks, and memes. Bonus points if you can shoot and edit too.
  • AI Explorer: Use AI tools to speed up creation, test creative variations, or supercharge campaign ideas.
  • Analytics Obsessed: Track, learn, and iterate. You'll use content and performance data to refine approach and report weekly wins/learnings.

Who You Are (Skills & Qualifications)
  • 3-5 Years Deep: You've done this before, ideally at a consumer brand or agency. Bonus if you've scaled early-stage brands with tiny budgets and huge ambitions.
  • Growth Hacker Energy: You know how to grow organically-no ad spend, no fluff. Just smart, sticky content and powerful partnerships.
  • Content-Fluent: You speak video, meme, and caption fluently-and you know what performs where.
  • Track Record of Impact: Show us how you've 2x'ed or 5x'ed followers, smashed engagement benchmarks, or made a brand feel 10x bigger than it was.
  • Plugged In & Proactive: You don't wait for trends. You start them.
  • AI-Curious: You've dabbled with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or CapCut, and you're excited to push the boundaries of content with them.
  • Team player and good communication skills.
  • Proactive, willing to be highly engaged and hands-on.
  • Highly energized individual with a can-do attitude.


KPIs You'll Be Measured Against
  • Social Growth: 3x-5x increase in Instagram & TikTok followers within 6 months
  • Engagement Rate: >3-5% average across platforms
  • Content Output: 15-20 posts/month, including 6-8 high-performing Reels or TikToks
  • Partnerships: 2-4 strategic collaborations per month (brands, creators, or both)
  • Community Building: DMs, comments, and user interactions that lead to deeper brand love and conversions
  • Experimentation: Regular testing and learnings using AI, formats, or platform tools
