• Position : Marketing Assistant (Merchandising/Procurement/B2B - Corporate Gift)
• Location : Kaki Bukit
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Increment Yearly up to 21 Days)

Main Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with local and overseas suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure order fulfillment.
• Source new suppliers, manage sample purchases, and maintain quality control.
• Update SG & MY price lists based on supplier notifications.
• Upload product details (premium & non-premium) for SG.
• Prepare biweekly presentations for new product launches.
• Assist sales with pricing checks, proposals, and supplier communication.
• Support marketing events, trade shows, and promotions.
• Help with case study shoots and sample/showroom management.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor pricing.
• Develop competitive yet profitable pricing strategies.
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• Prior experience in merchandising, procurement, or product sourcing is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
