Social Media Strategy & Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various social media platforms, primarily Linkedin , Instagram, Facebook, etc
• Oversee daily social media operations, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content to enhance engagement.

Content Creation & Engagement:

• Create engaging copy, design graphics, and produce multimedia content (videos, infographics, and short-form content).
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging platforms to introduce innovative engagement strategies.
• Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reposts.

Trend Analysis & Performance Monitoring:

• Analyze social media data to evaluate content performance and audience engagement.
• Conduct research on competitors to stay informed on industry trends and strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility to attend business trips when required.
