Position Overview

The Global Brand Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and executing global brand campaigns that enhance Eurofins CPT's brand presence across multiple platforms, including social media, events, and websites. This role will also manage the design tools, such as Canva, to ensure brand consistency and cohesiveness in all visual and written communications. Additionally, the role will involve strategizing and executing Eurofins CPT's social media presence, particularly on platforms like YouTube, and measuring the impact of these efforts to uplift the brand's visibility and reputation globally.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Campaign Management:
  • Develop, execute, and manage global brand campaigns that align with Eurofins CPT's strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the creation of campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, digital marketing, and product teams, to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly.

Design & Brand Consistency:
  • Manage and utilize design tools such as Canva to create visually compelling and on-brand materials.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral, from digital assets to event materials, adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand identity.

Social Media Strategy:
  • Strategize, execute, and manage Eurofins CPT's social media presence with a focus on growing and engaging audiences on platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and oversee the content calendar for social media channels, ensuring timely and impactful posts.

Measurement & Optimization:
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of brand campaigns and social media initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns for better performance and greater brand impact.
  • Utilize insights to continuously improve brand presence and campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, with a focus on global campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube, and experience in managing and growing social media channels.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and optimizing brand performance.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
