We're Hiring: Product Designer (Horticulture & Floral Design)

Location: 20 Jalan Lekar, Singapore
Company: OneO2Plants
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $3,000 - $3,200/month
Annual Leave: 14 days (starting) + other leave as per MOM regulations

What You'll Do:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new product opportunities
Collaborate with growers and suppliers to source premium materials
Ensure high product quality through routine checks and adherence to best practices
Estimate costs and support pricing strategies with management
Work with marketing and sales teams for product launches
Maintain documentation for all stages of product development

What We're Looking For:
✅ Experience in floral design, horticulture, or related fields
✅ Strong knowledge of flowers (especially orchids) and their care
✅ Proficient in design and visualization tools
✅ Able to manage multiple projects independently
✅ Excellent team and communication skills
