Job Description

• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to enhance brand awareness, market share, and profitability for assigned product portfolios.
• Plan and execute both ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns, incorporating marketing communications (online and offline) and trade marketing activities.
• Manage Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budgets, ensuring expenditures deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Lead promotional and advertising initiatives by forming strategic partnerships with agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to create innovative product ideas and develop effective marketing plans.
• Design impactful, consumption-driving promotions linked to advertising for an integrated and targeted 360-degree marketing approach.
• Strengthen brand and product presence across distribution channels, including assisting with e-commerce efforts on marketplaces.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Promoters, Finance, Warehouse) to execute marketing plans efficiently and within set timelines.
• Monitor market trends and assess product sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of marketing experience within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience managing marketing budgets and working with creative agencies.
• Knowledge of trade marketing strategies is an advantage.
• High initiative, results-oriented, and analytical thinker.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
