Location: Singapore
Experience Level: 3-5 years in brand or retail management

What You'll Do:

• Lead and grow assigned Korean/Chinese beauty brands across retail and online channels
• Manage retail relationships (Watsons, Guardian, FairPrice, etc.) to drive in-store performance
• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to hit brand targets
• Oversee CRM activities (customer database, loyalty programs, EDM campaigns)
• Monitor brand KPIs, forecast inventory, and provide regular brand reporting

What You Bring:

• Min. 3 years' experience in retail brand/category management (beauty/FMCG preferred)
• Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and store-level marketing
• Strong data analysis and commercial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Genuine passion for beauty - especially K-beauty
