Experience in managing retail outlets/convenience store

• Organize all store operations

• Able to liaise with suppliers/manage internal and external stakeholders

• Handle e-commerce duties

• Keeping records of customer feedback

• Promote in-store promotional events or displays

• Familiar with market trends to determine the need for improvement

• Display strong interpersonal skills for enhancement of customer relationships and customer satisfaction

• Ensure marketing materials are prepared according to the approved specification requirements.

• Ensure Internal and External Communications system are in place and carried out professionally

• Experience in F&B is an added advantage

• Possess strong leadership qualities

• Customer service oriented with a passion in retail
