Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Establish and maintain a strong brand voice and identity across all digital channels.
- Identify new growth opportunities and trends in social media, particularly in the logistics and e-commerce sectors.
Content Creation & Management
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including posts, videos, reels, infographics, and stories.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and videographers to produce visually compelling and informative content.
- Ensure content aligns with the company's marketing goals, seasonal trends, and promotional campaigns.
Community Engagement & Customer Support
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Manage online reputation and address customer concerns to improve brand perception.
Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Develop retargeting strategies to increase conversions and customer retention.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other social media analytics tools.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics (engagement rate, conversion rate, CPC, ROI, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Generate monthly reports with data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
- Continuously refine and improve social media strategies based on performance data.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align social media efforts with business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of social media executives or content creators.
- Develop training materials and best practices to ensure consistency in social media messaging.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or service-based industries.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Expertise in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro) are a plus.
