Our client, an innovative AI startup in Central Singapore, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Marketing Manager to join their team. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and Director and provides excellent opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, content).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to streamline marketing workflows.
• Analyze and report on key marketing performance metrics (conversion rates, CAC, ROAS).
• Maintain a clean and segmented marketing database for improved targeting and efficiency.
• Support lead nurturing initiatives in collaboration with the sales and product teams.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets and expenditures.
• Lead community-building initiatives to grow engagement across different regions.
• Assist in brand positioning and international expansion efforts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience in marketing outsourcing for small and medium-sized companies.
• Strong interest and knowledge in AI, Cryptocurrency, Web 3.0, and Blockchain technologies.
• Prior experience in staff management and community building is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
