Head of Marketing

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

  • Develop the corporate brand entity in consultation with the Business Unit (BU) Heads.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and strategizing the implementation of marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with BU Heads to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Allocate resources effectively across various marketing initiatives while ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and modify strategies as needed.
  • Actively participate in industry associations and networking events to expand knowledge and build relationships.
  • Reach out to potential customers and act as a bridge that connect the potential customers and BU Heads.

(B) General :

  • Planning and execution of marketing activities.
  • Establishing the company's brand identity and reputation within the construction industry.
  • Other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety :

  • Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

  • Diploma and higher education qualification in Marketing / Business Administration or in any construction related field.
  • Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

  • People Management.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good negotiation skills.

(C) Experience :

  • Preferably with minimum 5 year of construction industry related experiences.
