Marketing Manager (applicable to SGs/SPR)

Location: Jurong East, West Region, Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Design and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, promote services, and generate sales across multiple brands under the company umbrella.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels with a strong emphasis on lead generation and conversion.
  • Website and SEO Management: Oversee the company's websites and enhance online visibility through search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques, improving user experience and driving organic traffic.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities for various brands.
  • Content Development: Create compelling and high-quality content for websites, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials, tailored to attract potential clients and strengthen brand presence.
  • Design and Visual Content Creation: Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create visually engaging marketing materials and ensure high-quality design across all digital and print platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure the uniform representation of the company's brand identity across all platforms and marketing collateral, maintaining a consistent message and tone.
  • Case Studies and Client Showcases: Develop impactful case studies, project showcases, and other materials that highlight the firm’s work and demonstrate value to convert leads into sales.
  • Brand Identity Management: Create and uphold a strong and distinct brand identity, leveraging visual and verbal communication to stand out in the market.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance data and sales metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Partner with the sales team to create and implement lead-generation initiatives and sales strategies that drive business growth for all brands.
  • Sales & Marketing Material Creation: Assist in developing sales and marketing tools such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, marketing agencies, partners, and clients to explore new business opportunities and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective, on-brand, and within the allocated budget for each brand.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and key metrics to present to senior management, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Others: Assist in any other marketing relevant tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing sales and marketing strategies across multiple brands.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in sales and lead generation.
  • Knowledge and experience in website development using software like WordPress.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential for creating high-quality marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work under tight schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Independent, initiative-driven, organised with a positive working attitudes.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel when needed.
  • Good IT Literacy in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Committed and driven to succeed.
