• Good understanding of online research platforms e.g. Qualtrics, SurveyGizmo, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Gorilla, Inquisit, Pavlovia, etc
• Strong communication skills and focus on technology implementation and digital resources.
• Experience in customer engagement, market development , product demonstration and sales support.
