KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES

  • Marketing Projects: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to oversee all marketing 
    projects and initiatives for Mandala Club, utilising a strategic approach across multiple 
    platforms including marketing, public relations, partnerships and brand development.
  • Communications Channels: Manage the creation and distribution of communications 
    to members and prospects, including newsletters, mailings, WhatsApp broadcasts, Push 
    Trigger notifications, posters, supplements, and all digital content on member-facing 
    portals. Ensure materials are approved by the Head of Marketing and Director of 
    Marketing.
    • Ensure the Mandala Club website, Member App, and member-facing materials 
      are current, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines, while also supporting the 
      creation and execution of promotions and activations for key annual events.
    • Lead on the continuous improvement of design and build of best in class 
      communications.
  • Member App Management and Updates: Oversee the management and updates of 
    the Member App, including event listings, member perks, restaurant sections, gym 
    information, and all content updates.
  • Data Management: Maintain and manage data lists using EDM and Peoplevine 
    systems.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and propose processes to optimize communication 
    formats and channels.
  • Financial Budgeting and Compliance: Support the Head of Marketing with financial 
    budgeting, adherence, and invoice submission, ensuring the budget and invoicing 
    remain current.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency across all marketing communications and 
    materials, while maintaining and strengthening brand positioning in the market.
  • Social Media: Oversee the management of Instagram Stories, including the weekly 
    'What’s On' updates and IG Story highlights. Capture and archive key social media 
    coverage throughout the week. Monitor mentions and posts, and recommend content for 
    reposting on our channels.
  • Content Capture and Management: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to manage 
    weekly coverage for member events at the club and key calendar moments.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Studio Team to assist in creating compelling and 
    professionally executed content, including from member events, for the Club website 
    and newsletters. Ensure all materials are on-brand, up-to-date, and delivered on time
  • Cultural Calendar: Propose monthly events to enhance the Cultural Calendar by 
    leveraging a network of contacts. Provide support by attending events and assisting with 
    marketing efforts as needed.
    • Collaborate with the Culture team to ensure all programming events are 
      accurately communicated and effectively marketed through Mandala Club 
      channels.
  • Partnerships: Support the HOM in negotiating and implementing media, F&B and brand 
    partnerships and sponsorship agreements with aspirational brands, organisations, 
    venues and groups that fit the Mandala Club brand for joint events, promotions and 
    initiatives that enrich the member experience and generate revenue.
  • Media and PR: Assist in engaging Ambassador members and key media partners to 
    secure impactful coverage for Mandala Club. Provide support with media requests and 
    information distribution.
    • Manage club film, photo, and fashion shoots, media interviews, press 
      conferences, and walk-in journalists by coordinating with various departments, 
      conducting site inspections, and providing necessary details.
    • With the HOM, maintain and update the media database and dispatch relevant 
      information including press releases, photos, discs, logos etc when 
      necessary. Maintain record of all media clippings and coverage.
  • Insights: Actively gather insights on the business's key focuses and needs to develop 
    strategic promotions and suggestions for meeting team targets and objectives. Assist in 
    creating concepts for Mandala Club's tactical promotions and major activations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 + years previous relevant experience required with proven hospitality/consumer 
    experience.
