Join our team as a Telemarketer where you will engage potential clients over the phone, identify their needs, and promote our products and services. You will play a crucial role in achieving individual sales targets while receiving comprehensive training and support. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to sell digital marketing solutions 
  • Understand and articulate our services' features, prices and benefits 
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions 
  • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions 
  • Arrange meetings with clients and demonstrate how our services can meet their needs 
  • Keep records of calls and record useful information 
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and goals 

Job Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Previous experience in B2B telemarketing or sales preferred 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results 
  • Fluent in speaking to English and Chinese clients 

Job Remuneration: 

  • Hourly rate: SGD 8 - 13 
  • Attractive incentives will be given 
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement 

Working Days/Hours: 

  • Flexible part-time hours, min 3 days/week, 5 hours/day
