Marketing / AdvertisingResponsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing the social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and promptly respond to inquiries and engage with the audience in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Conduct social media listening and monitor brand mentions, relevant hashtags, and industry conversations to identify trends and gather insights.
- Assist in community management, fostering a positive and engaged online community by actively participating in discussions, addressing user-generated content, and managing user-generated contests or campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, such as designers, sales team and influencers to source content and ensure cohesive brand representation across social media platforms.
- Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media tools and features, and propose innovative ideas to leverage them for brand growth.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and executing social media strategies for brands or organizations is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft engaging social media content.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their respective best practices, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and an ability to generate innovative ideas to captivate and engage audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple social media platforms and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and strategies in social media marketing.
