Responsibilities

• Assist the Corporate Services Team in executing the marketing and communications plan to elevate the organization's profile.
• Develop comprehensive reports, newsletters, and engaging content for internal and public platforms.
• Produce various communication materials, including internal memos, presentations, corporate websites, newsletters, magazines, and patient brochures, while managing both traditional and digital communication channels.
• Maintain and manage all communication channels, including the website, intranet, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent and effective content across all communication channels.
• Support the Social Media team by employing various techniques, including visual, audio, and video content creation, to drive engagement across social media platforms.
• Monitor trending topics in the media and provide archiving support for media releases.
• Plan, support, and execute corporate initiatives and other assigned projects, including event management, corporate gifts management, and brochure management.
• Lead certain programs, including delivering and facilitating engagement sessions and organizing events, to gain firsthand insights and understand the groundwork.
• Handle paperwork and administrative tasks to ensure the success of campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical fields with keen interest in Marketing, Corporate Communications are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication, copywriting and editing skills
