Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.
  • Identify target audiences and determine the best social media platforms to engage them.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content across all social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a sense of community.
  • Monitor and participate in online conversations relevant to the brand.
  • Design and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to boost brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Use insights to optimize content and improve engagement and reach.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify and leverage new trends and opportunities to enhance the brand’s social media presence.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or influencers for collaborative campaigns and partnerships.
  • Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Maintain consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media for potential issues or crises and respond appropriately.
  • Develop and implement crisis management plans to protect the brand’s reputation.
  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting.
  • Track and report on ad performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously experiment with new content formats and creative ideas to keep the audience engaged.
  • Encourage innovative approaches to social media marketing within the team.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members on social media best practices.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the wider marketing team to enhance overall strategy.

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Ability to create engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other metrics platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to coordinate with different departments, external agencies, and freelancers.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
