Senior Executive, Media Specialist [LKCMedicine]
We are seeking an all-rounded Video Editor, Producer, and Content developer to join our Digital Learning team. The ideal candidate supports the media and content team in producing and editing videos intended for medical education content. The applicant will work closely with faculty and the team in developing learner-centred video content to enhance the school's teaching and learning initiatives.


Content Development
  • Repurpose existing content to enhance its relevance and effectiveness.
  • Supporting filming and recording through all stages, including pre-production, development, and post-editing.
  • Continuously research and explore new AI solutions to improve content development processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to repurpose or reformat existing content.
  • Coordinate recording sessions and align schedule with subject matter experts.
  • Provide technical assistance for filming and voice recording sessions.

Digital Learning Project Management
  • Lead projects and manage stakeholders' expectations.
  • Conduct workshops to empower staff and students on content development tools.
  • Ensure quality control throughout all stages of media production.
  • Provide guidance to the team based on individual expertise.

  • At least a Diploma in Film, Video Production, Media, Learning Design or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in video production and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing video pre-production planning, video and voice recording and post-production.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (such as, but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc.)
  • Proficiency in basic filming with strong technical camera knowledge (such as, but not limited to operating video and audio equipments, lighting, shutter speed, aperture, frame rate, shot planning etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience in project management, technical development, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Able to present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise well-organized manner to stakeholders.
  • Possess strong content writing ability, creativity, attention to detail and excellent proofing and editing skills.
  • Experience in designing and developing learning resources (e.g. videos, digital content, etc.), using a variety of innovative approaches.

This is a contract appointment till 31 March 2026.
