• To conceptualize, develop, execute and monitor marketing campaigns to support expansion and growth of brands, while working closely with Marketing, Education and Business Development Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate media and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Identify trends and best practices, to plan, execute and monitor campaigns, events and marketing activations for brand.
• Forecast orders based on sales trends and needs. Formulate plans to exhaust inventories.
• Propose pricing and sales mechanics to encourage both Sell-in and Sell-out.
• Analyse and review performance of marketing initiatives by providing reports on performance of campaigns.
• To conceptualise and create communication materials to ensure consistency with the brand(s) requirement.
• Collaborate closely with sales team, business units and external parties to put in place the best visibility strategies.
• Act as a point of liaison for B2B Customers for marketing matters.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare or haircare industry.
• Effectively bilingual with good interpersonal, communication skills and pleasant personality.
• Result oriented and able to achieve targets and goals.
• Passion for all things marketing, communications, technology and sustainability.
• Strong analytical skills, result oriented, and able to evaluate data and provide insights to improve performance.
• Able to work independently within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal Attributes - able to work with all levels of people, creativity, possess initiatives, an eye for details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Proficiency in design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Indesign are advantageous.
