Summary of Job Requirements:

We are searching for a highly creative brand marketing executive to be a part of our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for the public communication, events, and content development. Your central goal is to help to enhance our brand’s visibility while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.


Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our brand activations across platforms. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in public relations, brand building, visual merchandising, and content creation. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.


The Essential Responsibilities of a Brand Marketing Executive include:

  • Drive the Public Relations planning and prepare press release collaboration projects to facilitate the brand communication and visibility.
  • Work on corporate social responsibilities and collaboration projects to build preference, engage with customer and increase sales
  • Develop and assist in developing video content whilst curating stories and maintaining monthly content calendar for social media.
  • Align with cross-functional stakeholders in building store visual merchandising based on brand guideline.
  • Use analytical tools to track ROIs and effectiveness of campaigns and promotions
  • Liaison with external agencies to ensure brand tonality and brand image are met
  • Improve social media engagement through content update and content writing
  • Ensure communication plans are executed according to the project timeline
  • Any other duties / projects as assigned


Formal Education & Certification

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing or relevant field


Knowledge & Experience

  • Retail or brand management background preferred
  • 3 years of relevant experience


Personal Attributes

  • Prior experience in preparing press release and managing media relationship through events
  • Ability in directing video content management and visual asset creation
  • Digitally savvy and familiar with various digital marketing tools
  • Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, Twitter & You Tube’s ad management platforms and best practices
  • Insightful on trend of the youth culture and communities
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights and turn them into business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics
  • Strong project management and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good digital marketing skills and meticulous with a high level of initiative and integrity
  • Able to multi-task, manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines
  • Be a creative thinker, work well independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a passion for e-commerce retail, website, and mobile experiences
  • Extensive experience in online marketing sciences & techniques
