Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

1. Social media management

  • Create engaging and relevant contents.
  • Gather images/ video from site for posting.
  • Schedule and publish posting.
  • Monitor and respond to comments.

2. Marketing communication

  • Manage marketing collateral materials.
  • Support & coordinate all marketing communication activities with the team.
  • Create and deliver local and HQ newsletter contents and marketing materials.
  • Plan and implement marketing events or promotional activities.
  • Update project tracker.

3. Market research

  • Conduct research on industry needs, competitors, and target audience preferences.
  • Compile and analyse data to assist in development marketing strategies.

4. Administrative support

  • General administrative task such as organizing, maintaining.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to follow through daily tasks
  • Willingness to learn and good team player
  • Entry level, intern, contract are welcome to apply

Information:

  • Hourly pay rate: $11 per hour
  • Work days: 3 - 5 days work week
  • Work hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Work Location: Sungei Kadut (Taxi reimbursement given to and fro Yew Tee MRT)
