Job Summary

Seeking a Business Development/Marketing Manager to drive growth through strategic online marketing initiatives. The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience and focuses on expanding market presence and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and revenue in the perfumes and cosmetics sector
• Plan and implement online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
• Monitor and report on campaign performance to optimize marketing ROI
• Manage client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or marketing with knowledge of online marketing
