We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support our growing ecosystem across talent acquisition, executive search, and HR technology. This role combines community engagement, content marketing, and SaaS product promotion, giving you hands-on exposure to modern B2B marketing in the HR tech and recruitment space.

You'll work across three brands:

• HackerTrail - Talent solutions and recruitment
• Mandala Search Partners - Executive search and strategic hiring advisory
• Scout - Our AI-powered SaaS platform designed for smarter talent acquisition

Key Responsibilities

Community & Relationship Management

• Help manage and engage our community of ~ 180 people, called the "Purple Squirrel Club" of HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders in WhatsApp.
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, or networking initiatives where relevant
• Maintain CRM updates and community engagement tracking

Email Marketing (Scout SaaS)

• Create and schedule email campaigns promoting Scout
• Draft newsletters, product updates, and campaign emails

Social Media Management

- Plan and publish LinkedIn content for our brands.

- Create engaging posts including thought leadership, product updates, hiring insights, and event promotions

- Track engagement metrics and optimize content strategy
