At Monk's Brew Club, we're more than just a café, we're a community hub where great coffee, food, events, and meaningful connections come together. Along with our affiliated brands,We're looking for a creative, energetic Marketing & Social Media Intern who's excited about content creation, social media, and being part of a vibrant F&B environment.

Role Overview

As a Marketing & Social Media Intern, you'll support day-to-day marketing efforts across all outlets, with a focus on social media content, event coverage, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Support

• Assist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Help plan and schedule weekly content aligned with promotions, events, and campaigns
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages

Content Creation

• Take photos and videos of food, drinks, spaces, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Help create reels, short videos, stories, and simple graphics
• Support editing of content using basic photo and video editing apps

Event Coverage & On-Ground Support

• Attend events at Monk's Brew Club to capture content and atmosphere
• Assist in documenting key moments, guest interactions, and highlights
• Support the marketing team during launches, promotions, and collaborations

Digital & Marketing Support

• Help update simple website content such as menus, events, and promotions
• Assist with basic email campaigns and promotional materials when needed
• Support influencer outreach, partnerships, and community initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field
• Passionate about social media, content creation, food, coffee, and lifestyle brands
• Comfortable taking photos/videos and appearing on camera occasionally
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok trends, and simple editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Creative, proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Able to work on-site during events and busy periods

(No prior full-time experience required - just enthusiasm and willingness to learn!)
