The Operations & Media Executive ensures client requirements are clearly understood and executed across internal and offshore teams to deliver marketing campaigns and media projects accurately, on time, and to agreed standards. The role spans client coordination, campaign and production planning, media execution, and operational support to ensure strong outcomes and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the coordination point between clients and internal teams (creative, design, video, web, advertising) and offshore partners.
- Understand client objectives and translate requirements into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and media productions, ensuring alignment on goals, target audience, platforms, timelines, and success criteria.
- Proactively resolve open questions, manage dependencies, and flag risks early to prevent misalignment.
- Lead coordination during execution without reliance on clients for direction.
- Support content production, including shooting, basic editing (first cuts), and short-form scriptwriting where required.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, developers, and ads teams to ensure outputs meet client intent and quality standards.
- Manage footage organisation, archiving, and backups, ensuring data integrity and retrievability.
- Provide account, operations, and ad-hoc support to ensure smooth project delivery.
Footage Management & Accountability:
- Organise and categorise all footage immediately after shoots using a consistent folder structure.
- Maintain a minimum of two backups at all times, including one physical and one cloud copy.
- Perform spot checks to verify file integrity and maintain an archive log for quick retrieval.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating marketing or media projects across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with video production workflows and basic post-production.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
