Job Summary
We seeking a Media Manager to support and strengthen dentsu's regional trading discipline and partner ecosystem across APAC. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence in media trading by managing investment processes, maintaining partner performance insights, and supporting commercial rigor. In addition, the role contributes to the growth and adoption of dentsu's proprietary and principal media solutions across priority markets, acting as a critical operational link between regional strategy and local market execution.

Responsibilities
- Lead the management of media investment processes to ensure accurate and timely tracking of commitments and expenditures across APAC markets
- Build and sustain productive relationships with key media partners to align trading priorities and identify opportunities that improve trading outcomes
- Coordinate with local markets to facilitate partner deal delivery, inclusions, and compliance with trading requirements
- Support and prepare for regular business reviews by analyzing partner performance data to identify challenges and opportunities for deal optimization
- Consolidate and analyze trading data to generate clear, actionable insights that inform stakeholder decision-making
- Maintain and enhance trading processes, documentation, and reporting standards to drive operational excellence and consistency
- Coordinate deal reconciliation activities regularly with media partners to ensure accuracy and transparency of trading records
- Drive the rollout and adoption of dentsu's proprietary and principal media solutions by preparing enablement materials, guides, and process documentation for consistent execution across markets
- Collaborate effectively across multiple markets to support commercial rigor and operational alignment in a fast-paced, complex environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in media trading, media operations, planning, or commercial operations
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and accuracy in managing operational processes
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills to engage diverse teams and partners
- Experience working with media partners in an operational capacity
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple markets and cultural contexts
