About the Role

Chun Tsubaki is a creative production studio specialising in food, lifestyle, and brand storytelling across Singapore and Bangkok. We are looking for a hands-on and self-driven Marketing & Growth Lead to own and execute our internal marketing presence across both markets.

This role requires someone who is both strategic and executional - able to plan brand growth while also creating multimedia content independently. You will work closely with the founder and internal creative teams to translate real projects, behind-the-scenes work, and case studies into consistent, high-quality marketing content.

This is not a sales role. Light business development support is limited to managing inbound enquiries and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing, Brand & Growth

• Plan, initiate, and execute Chun Tsubaki's internal marketing strategy across Singapore and Bangkok
• Own the company's presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
• Build and grow the company's LinkedIn presence through brand updates, case studies, and thought leadership
• Manage and improve Google Reviews strategy and brand credibility
• Develop and manage marketing timelines to ensure consistent output

Multimedia Content Creation

• Independently shoot and edit photo and video content for internal marketing use
• Create short-form videos, BTS content, and brand storytelling assets
• Work with internal creatives when higher production value is required
• Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and quality standards

Internal Coordination

• Translate ongoing projects, shoots, and BTS into marketing content
• Work closely with the founder to align messaging, positioning, and growth priorities
• Track content performance and optimise direction over time

Inbound & Growth Support (Light BD)

• Monitor inbound enquiries across social platforms, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify and organise leads and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support preparation of pitch decks, credentials, and case studies
• Coordinate leads with the founder or relevant country teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or content roles
• Strong understanding of brand building and growth marketing
• Hands-on experience in photography and videography
• Able to edit both photo and video independently
• Experience managing company LinkedIn pages
• Familiar with Google Business Profile and Reviews management
• Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a creative studio or agency environment
• Strong command of spoken and written English

Preferred / Bonus

• Experience in creative studios, agencies, or F&B / lifestyle / hospitality brands
• Regional or multi-market experience
• Familiarity with basic content performance tracking and optimisation
