- Define customer segments, parent insights, and value propositions for core and premium offerings.
- Build clear, differentiated product narratives that directly improve acquisition and conversion.
- Translate complex offerings (teacher tiers, premier centres, progress packages, certifications, add-ons) into simple, parent-ready messaging.
- Pricing, Packaging & GTM
- Partner with Product and Finance on pricing and packaging: tiering, upsell paths, and retention mechanics.
- Lead GTM execution for launches, pricing changes, and new product experiences.
- Align marketing, acquisition, and centre teams around one consistent product story.
- Enable centres with clear scripts, objection handling, and value articulation.
- Localise positioning, messaging, and pricing logic for new markets.
- Performance & Optimisation
- Analyse funnel performance, trial behaviour, and parent decision signals.
- Identify adoption and conversion blockers and drive improvements cross-functionally.
- Continuously refine messaging based on data, feedback, and in-market performance.
Key KPIs

- Adoption of premium tiers, add-ons, and certifications.
- Parent clarity and confidence (quantitative and qualitative).
- Consistency of product messaging across marketing and centres.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience
- 6–10 years in product marketing, GTM, pricing/packaging, or commercial strategy.
- Experience in education, subscription, retail, or consumer services.
- Proven ability to build product narratives that change customer behaviour.
- Strong cross-functional influence without formal authority.
- Skills & Traits
- Strong PMM fundamentals: segmentation, positioning, messaging, competitive analysis.
- Commercially sharp with sound pricing intuition.
- Clear, persuasive communicator - internally and externally.
- Comfortable simplifying complex mechanics into benefit-led messaging.
- Analytical, structured, and outcome-oriented.
- High ownership, low ego, strong execution discipline.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
