Duties & Responsibilities
About our future employee
- Responsible for developing and leading Patient activation strategy and execution for the Obesity & Liver Health therapeutic area for the ASKAN Region.
- This role is required to work closely with Survodutide Brand Manager by the principles of integrated marketing and within a brand cross functional team to ensure that patients in this region get aware about their condition, look for proper information in valid channels, and receive proper information and treatment from HCPs. Besides, this person must work closely to CX to design and execute the proper multichannel plan to support the brand strategy, patient activation and experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop patient activation strategy and communication plan to drive potential patients to take action to manage their own health and care. Develop disease awareness and activation campaign to mobilize potential patients to search for subsequent activation and treatment initiation with the support of HCPs.
- Identify opportunities and lead initiatives that activate disease awareness and call to action in relevant communications and innovative initiatives, working closely with Communications Team and Patient Engagement Team.
- Design optimal engagement strategy and campaign structure to reach patients when and where they are most receptive to.
- Integrate patient mobilization not only with channels and media but also with HCPs who must be prepared in advance to properly engage and dialogue with patients.
- Develop a deeper understanding of the psychographics, and behavioral drivers / barriers from patients.
- Evaluate and monitor indicators for patient activation, demonstrating agility and creative thinking to quickly pivot and iterate as needed with the new approach of incorporating "consumer marketing" discipline to our business practice.
- Provide regular analysis and reporting on the effectiveness & business impact of patient initiatives.
- Deliver our innovative Patient Support Platform in a way that is understandable and engaging for patients, as well as endorsed by HCPs.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for their support and embracement in developing patient initiatives.
About our future employee
- Bachelors in marketing, PR, Communications, Business Management required /
- Master's degree (MBA ideal)
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Know-how to engage and activate consumers by leveraging digital channels, social media, and other media in an agile and creative way. Focus on consumer insights and how to transform them into key marketing strategies / innovation (knowledgeable, and advocating for proper market research in this process)
- Ability to credibly communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. Persuasive.
- Open to new challenges and to changing one's perception in response to evolving circumstances. Act as change agent of the importance of patients at the centre.
- Self-starter and a forward-thinking mindset. Strong Marketing Professional.
