Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate product listings on the company website and brand stores across online marketplace platforms.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns in collaboration with online marketplace partners.
• Optimise inventory levels and ensure pricing accuracy for all product listings.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfil sales orders efficiently.
• Handle return, refund, and exchange requests when required.
• Process purchase orders with suppliers.
• Verify supplier invoices to ensure pricing and quantity accuracy.
• Coordinate international shipping arrangements.
• Compile monthly purchase reports in point form.

Requirements

• Candidate with e-commerce platform experience such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop and Amazon are welcome to apply.
