About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing & Operations Assistant to support our brand's growth in Singapore and Malaysia. You will coordinate with KOLs, creators, outdoor partners, content teams, and vendors - acting as the key execution partner to the founder.

This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who enjoys social media, outdoor activities, content creation coordination, and fast-paced brand environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. KOL & Creator Coordination

• Identify suitable creators across TikTok/IG in SG & MY
• Contact, negotiate and manage KOL collaborations
• Prepare and send product samples
• Track content delivery, performance, and reporting

2. Content & Outdoor Shoot Support

• Assist with basic filming and content logistics
• Join outdoor shoots (parks, beaches, hiking spots)
• Coordinate with photographers / videographers / models
• Help with simple TikTok filming or acting as assistant talent

3. Partnership Support

• Assist in reaching out to local outdoor communities, gyms, events
• Coordinate small sampling activations
• Support contact with retailers such as Decathlon, Guardian, etc.

4. Marketing Operations

• Update spreadsheets for KOL, budget, product inventory for samples
• Manage simple admin tasks related to content or marketing
• Handle product shipments, tracking and logistics coordination

5. General Coordination

• Communicate with external vendors, designers, agencies
• Liaise with MY/ID team on marketing tasks
• Support weekly reports and KPI tracking

Qualifications

• Singaporean / PR only
• 0-3 years experience in marketing, social media, or coordination
• Good understanding of TikTok & IG content trends
• Comfortable with outdoor filming and lifestyle content
• Strong communication, organised, detail-oriented
• Bonus: Able to do light video editing or shooting
• Bonus: Interest in outdoor lifestyle, beauty/skincare, or sports
