Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Project Manager to join our Singapore team. This role will involve leading cross-functional key projects, ensuring on-time and within budget, and meeting established quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional project management skills, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities, enabling them to effectively drive project progress in complex fintech environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution: Lead the entire process of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure, ensuring clear project objectives and thorough planning.

Cross-functional Coordination: Effectively coordinate different teams (product, technology, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure the rational allocation of project resources and smooth task progress.

Schedule Management: Develop detailed project timelines, track project progress, and promptly identify and resolve project obstacles.

Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project execution.

Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, regularly report project status, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Budget Management: Monitor project budget execution and optimize resource utilization efficiency.

Process Improvement: Continuously optimize project management processes and methodologies to enhance the team's project management capabilities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of project management experience, with preference given to candidates with a background in Fintech, Financial Services, or the technology industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects; familiar with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; able to maintain clear thinking under pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in using project management tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.).

President PMP, ACP, or related project management certifications are preferred.

A good understanding of the Fintech industry; able to quickly grasp business requirements.

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
