Marketing & Business Development Manager

Salary: $4000 - $6000 + 13th Month + VB

Location: Macpherson MRT (On-site)

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 10am-7pm & Friday 10am-6pm

• Develop and implement marketing and business growth strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, etc.).
• Manage brand positioning and corporate communications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROI, lead conversion, etc.).
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective initiatives.
