- Collaborate closely with the front-end marketing team to assist in Pre-Qualification (PQ) processes.

- Provide support for Marketing and Business Development Team to Discuss with Customer / Consultants on issues lacking clarity, PQ Criteria, technical discussions etc.

- Proficient in comprehending and interpreting tender requirements pertinent to Pre-Qualification processes.

- Prepare comprehensive Pre-Qualification Documents encompassing general, financial, and technical requirements, ensuring compliance with bid submission guidelines.

- Conduct in-depth analysis on competitors, generating insightful reports on their references and credentials to support strategic decision-making.

- Update and maintaine existing databases for completed projects in collaboration with departments such as projects and planning, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of project-related information.

- Lead the preparation of prequalification documents for municipal & Industrial tenders, securing valuable contracts and showcasing company capabilities.

- Prepare and ensure proper pre bid & post bid queries and discuss with the marketing team for the required replies.

- Preparing and monitoring the proposal plan.

- Provide support for Marketing to Discuss with Customer / Consultants on issues lacking clarity, technical discussions etc.

- Prepare bid index, facilitated team collaboration to gather inputs, and compiled comprehensive bid for submission.
