Marketing / Advertising(i) Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Work closely with digital agencies to optimise campaigns' performances frequently.
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal ROI on campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Create, manage and measure content that drives engagement across digital platforms.
(ii) Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyse sales and marketing data across various online and offline channels (website, social media, ads, posters), including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and sales strategies to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the team to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Use statistical models and tools to forecast trends and business outcomes.
(iii) Lead Generation:
• Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through various digital channels.
• Track and optimise lead generation funnels to maximise conversions.
• Manage and optimise web content and paid search campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.
(v) Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.
• Identify and target key audience segments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Research, identify, and analyse data and trends of potential marketing platforms
• Use insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
(VI) Marketing support
• Assist during Open Houses and/or events
• Support with marketing or cross department projects.
• Provide administrative support and any ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
• Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in sales or marketing.
• Able to conceptualise marketing ideas and bring them into implementation
• An independent individual as well as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, flexible, adaptable, willing to learn, open-minded and strong problem solver
• Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Proven track record of managing successful digital and/or offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools. Knowledge of CRM platform eg, Hubspot is a bonus.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
