🌿 Lifestyle Marketing Executive (Creative & Brand Experience) 

Not your usual sales gig, we are looking for someone who brings our brands and values out there.

About the Role
You will be the storyteller and vibe-setter behind our brand, connecting everyday life, trends, and culture with our people through their real experiences. This role blends creativity, social media flair, and lifestyle sensibility to make marketing feel alive, not corporate.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute lifestyle-focused marketing campaigns to promote our brand's image.

  • Create engaging content across social media platforms that reflects our brand’s tone, values, and aesthetic.

  • Collaborate with our star producers to bring their stories to life through authentic, experience-driven video content that connects and inspires.

  • Plan and coordinate brand events, collaborations, or community activities that enhance brand presence.

  • Research and identify current lifestyle trends, market insights, and opportunities for creative marketing ideas.

  • Manage social media calendars, posts, and engagement to build an active and genuine online community.

  • Work closely with the creative head to ensure consistency in brand visuals and storytelling.

  • Monitor campaign performance, track analytics, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.

  • Drive brand objectives such as growth in followers, reach, engagement, and overall audience interaction.
  • Support in developing brand collaterals, monthly achiever features, and lifestyle photography direction.

  • Assist in building partnerships with brands or platforms aligned with our lifestyle positioning.

  • Curate and execute, a lifestyle-driven podcast where top producers share the real side of their journey, mindset, habits, struggles, and breakthroughs that shaped their success both in work and life.

We need an individual who,

  • Have a curious mind and love exploring lifestyle trends.

  • Enjoy creating and experimenting with content on TikTok, IG, Lemon8, Xiao Hong Shu and Linkedin.

  • Are comfortable mixing creativity with purpose, not just making things pretty, but meaningful.

  • Thrive in a brand that tells facts.

Requirement

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.

  • Passionate about lifestyle, social media, and storytelling.

  • Creative thinker with strong visual and communication sense.

  • Able to plan, shoot, and coordinate lifestyle or social content.

  • Familiar with social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

  • Basic knowledge of photo and video editing is a plus.

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
