KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement in close collaboration with the respective sales and products teams the marketing strategy for Singapore retail, life, and institutional segments to win new and retain existing business.
- Collaborate with Singapore-based shared resources to plan and execute product campaigns, co-branded marketing initiatives, and both small- and large-scale client events that drive ongoing engagement.
- Work with investment content and digital marketing teams to syndicate macro views and thought leadership across relevant channels, maximising reach and resonance with target audiences.

- Coordinate with internal teams to manage digital touchpoints - including website, SEO, eDMs, CRM, and social media - to build awareness and interest in our key strategies and products.
- Ensure that all materials and advertising assets are compliant with local regulations.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, applying data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes.
- Monitor and analyse competitors' marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics to build a repository of best practices and inform future planning.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of regional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader brand and business objectives.
- Help to source for quality and unique premiums and manage the production and inventory process effectively.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- A strategic and imaginative marketer with a flair for storytelling and unconventional thinking, capable of crafting distinctive marketing activations across diverse client touchpoints
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial services business in marketing, or product communication.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Finance or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills, able to communicate with people from different levels.
- Good knowledge of the full range of marketing disciplines such as advertising, digital, social media, events and literature.
- Able to work independently, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage and prioritise multiple projects to meet deadlines.
