Job Description:

Marketing & Campaigns

• Design monthly marketing campaigns for international franchise locations
• Create social media posts, banners, posters, email designs, and promotional materials
• Adapt global designs for different countries while keeping brand consistency

Store Design & Planning

• Design store layouts and planograms using AutoCAD
• Create visual merchandising plans and product placement drawings
• Prepare store design documentation for new franchise locations

Print & Production

• Coordinate with printing suppliers to produce marketing materials
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure quality output
• Manage timelines for campaign material delivery

Catalogues & Sales Materials

• Design product catalogues for franchise partners
• Create B2B presentations and trade show materials
• Prepare sales support documents with product visuals

Required Skills:

Adobe Photoshop (image editing & design)

AutoCAD (store layouts & technical drawings)
