Senior Video & Social Media Content Manager

(Full-time, Beauty Industry - Singapore)

Salary: S$4500 - S$8000/month

Location: Singapore (Shimmer & Shine Beauty Salon, multiple outlets)

What You'll Do

\t• \tPlan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu) - end-to-end ownership.

\t• \tManage social media accounts independently, grow followers & engagement.

\t• \tCapture authentic customer experiences and create engaging beauty content.

\t• \tTrack performance (views, reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize.

What We're Looking For

\t• \t3-5+ years of proven experience in video creation & social media management.

\t• \tStrong portfolio of viral/relevant content.

\t• \tAdvanced skills in filming & editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro).

\t• \tCreative, independent, results-driven.
