Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Support the full lifecycle of co-marketing campaigns, from initial planning to execution, covering offline/online promotions, content collaborations, and events.
  • Strategic Research: Conduct thorough market and gaming trend research to identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Assist in tracking, measuring, and reporting on the performance of partnership campaigns to provide key insights for weekly and monthly reports.
  • Creative Content & Approvals: Help develop marketing materials for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional videos, and facilitate the necessary approval processes with internal and external partners.
  • Partner Communication: Manage and maintain clear, consistent communication with partners, ensuring a positive and professional working relationship.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Provide administrative support by organizing partnership assets, and keeping our CRM system up-to-date.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for gaming and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:
  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communications, Business, Data Analytics, PR, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of various game genres and titles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in database and presentation tools as a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and in a global team.
  • A strong team-player mentality, providing support in partnerships, marketing coordination, and contracts.
  • Able to commit to a full-time, 6-month traineeship for maximum exposure.
