Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & Branding Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategies, brand identity, and campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic, and data-driven individual with a strong passion for healthcare, wellness, and supplements.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales.

Manage brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all platforms (online & offline).

Lead digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email, paid ads, content).

Plan and execute branding & promotional activities with doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

Manage vendors, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality marketing materials.

Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and ROI.

Support product launches, events, and partnerships.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing/branding (healthcare, pharmaceutical, or supplements industry preferred).

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.

Ability to work independently in a startup environment with a growth mindset.
