Actively promote the companies job roles to prospective job seekers through on-site and online events, school visits, and information sessions.
Manage and nurture a pipeline of local leads via systems, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert prospects into Job applications.
Represent the company at career fairs, open houses, and community outreach activities.
Plan and execute social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Support the admissions process in close coordination with HR and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Contribute to the creation of localized marketing campaigns tailored to Singapore's employment demographic.
Collaborate with the central marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and campaign objectives.
Host Livestreams: Conduct live streaming sessions on social media platform, engaging with the audience.
Engage with Viewers: Chat with the audience, answer questions, and encourage participation.
Manage Content: Prepare and script segments for each livestream.
Promote Events: Share information about upcoming livestreams on social media.
Improve Broadcasts: Gather feedback and stay updated with industry trends.
Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts) is added advantage.
Content creation skills, including basic graphic design or video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools), are an advantage is added advantage.
Knowledge of Singapore's education landscape is added advantage.
