The role involves managing day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and providing insights based on market research and performance data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, and email marketing to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend studies to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with creative, design, and content teams to produce marketing materials (brochures, posters, online content, etc.).
- Support the planning and execution of events, product launches, and sponsorship activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance; prepare regular reports and recommend improvements.
- Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
