About the Role

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who's eager to learn, experiment, and take ownership of impactful marketing tasks. You'll get the chance to work across both online and offline channels - from engaging users on social platforms to running on-the-ground events - with the freedom to test, execute, and grow.

What You'll Do

• Support and execute marketing campaigns across social media, events, and partnerships
• Experiment with new ways to engage and acquire users, both online and offline
• Assist in planning and running physical activations and online events
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative growth ideas
• Track results and share learnings to continuously improve campaigns
• Handle day-to-day marketing operations, from content scheduling to event logistics

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter who's motivated to get things done
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability - you like setting goals and achieving them
• Fast learner who isn't afraid to try new things and figure things out along the way
• Good communicator, comfortable working with both internal team members and external partners
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) - you'll get to flex your copywriting skills and create content that connects with our audience
• Interest in marketing, community building, and growth
• Only open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents

Nice to Haves

• Experience managing social media accounts or communities
• Exposure to event planning, either online or offline
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or social scheduling platforms
