Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will conceptualise and design engaging content for social media platforms, while also supporting broader design needs across departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong eye for aesthetics and a passion for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop compelling visual content for social media platforms (e.g., lnstagram, Facebook, Linkedln, TikTok, etc.)

• Create marketing collateral such as posters, banners, brochures, e-newsletters, and presentation decks

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals

• Assist with photo editing, video editing, and motion graphics as needed

• Maintain and organise design files and digital assets

• Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Design & Media, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in media and design (social media content creation experience preferred)

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, lnDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus)

• Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and digital engagement

• Excellent visual sense and attention to detail

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Basic photography or video skills are a plus

• Willing to travel across different branches

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS)

• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Experience with email marketing platforms
