Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of projects
- Design online and offline marketing assets, including e-commerce visuals (product banners, digital ads, social media creatives) and offline collaterals (campaign pages, physical catalogues, POP displays, etc.) to support product launches and marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels
- Assist in video shoots and perform video editing for promotional and campaign content
- Conceptualise and execute designs focused on conversion optimisation to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to deliver engaging, results-driven campaigns
- Stay updated on the latest design, marketing, and e-commerce trends to keep creative output fresh and relevant
- Manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and allocate resources effectively within the design team
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field
- At least 3 years of design experience, with team management experience preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce, branding, and marketing design work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Good understanding of design principles for conversion-focused marketing
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation
- Familiarity with UI/UX design and responsive layouts
- 5 days work week-8.45am to 5.30pm
