Capital Marketing offers premium cooling products and innovative solutions, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Our products can be found in major departmental stores, online marketplaces, and their showrooms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of projects
  • Design online and offline marketing assets, including e-commerce visuals (product banners, digital ads, social media creatives) and offline collaterals (campaign pages, physical catalogues, POP displays, etc.) to support product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels
  • Assist in video shoots and perform video editing for promotional and campaign content
  • Conceptualise and execute designs focused on conversion optimisation to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to deliver engaging, results-driven campaigns
  • Stay updated on the latest design, marketing, and e-commerce trends to keep creative output fresh and relevant
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and allocate resources effectively within the design team

Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field
  • At least 3 years of design experience, with team management experience preferred
  • Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce, branding, and marketing design work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Good understanding of design principles for conversion-focused marketing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or animation
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design and responsive layouts


  • 5 days work week-8.45am to 5.30pm
